Sony A7C II - full frame sensor in a compact camera for everyday work
The Sony A7C II (ILCE7CM2) mirrorless camera is an evolution of the familiar compact full-frame model with significantly improved capabilities in terms of resolution, sensor stabilization, autofocus and video recording. The A7CII is equipped with a full-frame back-illuminated sensor and 33 effective megapixels combined with an AI processor and BIONZ XR processor.
33MP Exmor R CMOS full frame sensor
The 33-megapixel Exmor R CMOS full-frame sensor in combination with the BIONZ XR processor provides clear images with minimal noise levels, continuous shooting at up to 10 frames per second and ISO 100-51200 (50-204800).
BIONZ XR processor
The new processor offers up to 8x better performance than previous generations of processors used by Sony, resulting in faster performance, excellent image quality, wide dynamic range and excellent handling of the camera's AI functions.
Autofocus and stabilization based on artificial intelligence
The Sony A7C II camera is equipped with a fast hybrid autofocus system with an AI processor. The system uses 759 phase detection focus points (459 in video mode) that cover 94% of the sensor. Thanks to AI processing, the autofocus precisely recognizes and tracks different objects in real time. Image stabilization and exposure estimation have also been improved through the use of artificial intelligence.
Full frame 4K video at up to 60 frames per second
The Sony A7C II camera has impressive video capabilities and records up to 10-bit 4:2:2 4K60p video with 7K overstorage, supporting S-Log3 and S-Gamut3.Cine with more than 15 stops of dynamic range and Sony S- Cinetone for cinematic-looking shots and natural human skin tones, etc., as well as custom LUTs. The Creative Look feature lets you choose from pre-built sets of settings for tonality, brightness, color depth, and more. AI-based Auto-Framing technology ensures smooth tracking of objects in the frame, especially useful for vlogging.
Improved convenience, easier control and seamless connectivity
The new camera offers an additional controller on the front of the body and an improved menu for intuitive control.
The Sony A7C R features USB output for PC control and live streaming, 3.5mm headphone output, Micro-HDMI (HDMI Type D) output, as well as 2.4 / 5 GHz Wi-Fi 5 and Bluetooth 4.2 wireless connectivity.
The body of the Sony A7CR camera is made of magnesium alloy and is protected against moisture and dust, and the battery, which can be charged via USB, provides up to 530 shots.
