Description
Sony ECM-W2BT is an easy-to-use wireless Bluetooth microphone with minimal signal delay, suitable for vloggers, YouTubers, journalists and other users of Sony cameras with a digital MI interface.
The system's transmitter is compact, equipped with a convenient grip clip and equipped with a multi-directional built-in microphone, as well as a 3.5mm jack for connecting a smaller and more discrete Lavalier microphone, such as the optional Sony ECM-LV1.
The Sony ECM-W2BT receiver is also compact and mounts directly to the MI shoe case of compatible Sony cameras. Powered by the camera, the system allows up to 9 hours of continuous operation. Without power from the camera, the built-in batteries provide up to 3 hours of continuous operation.
The receiver also has a built-in microphone and a switch that regulates the reception of audio signal only from the transmitter, only from the receiver or both at the same time. The 3.5mm output of the receiver allows connection to cameras without MI shoe.
The Qualcomm aptX Low-Latency Bluetooth codec provides a reliable connection between the microphone and the receiver, providing minimal latency and excellent sound quality.
The kit also includes a windshield for the microphone for clearer sound and allows you to adjust the input sound levels.
