The maximum aperture of the lens is F2.6, and this value is available throughout the entire range from 25 to 75 mm. The constant light output makes it easier to work with zoom while shooting, as there is no need to compensate for a change in exposure when switching between different focal lengths. T2.6 allows for working with a shallower depth of field and provides the ability to separate the subject from the background, which is especially useful in portrait, dramatic and other cinematic compositions. The 16 iris blades contribute to the smooth rendering of out-of-focus areas.

Precise mechanical control
