Description
The EVE Audio EXO 25 Active Studio Monitor is an active 2-way studio monitor designed for precise nearfield and midfield monitoring in professional and project studios. Featuring a larger 5-inch (130 mm) coated aluminum (CAL) woofer and an EXO Precision AirMotion high-frequency driver with GDC waveguide, the model offers deeper bass, higher maximum SPL and extended dynamics compared to the more compact versions in the series.
The frequency range covers 44 Hz to 24 kHz, allowing for fuller low-frequency reproduction without the need for a subwoofer in small to medium-sized rooms. The maximum sound pressure reaches 116 dB SPL (at 1 m, half space >100 Hz), which provides sufficient headroom to operate at higher levels without compromising detail.
The model features an integrated OLED display on the rear panel and a SMART Control encoder for level control, input selection and room acoustics adaptation. The built-in high-resolution A/D converter and powerful DSP processor allow for precise signal processing and fine-tuning according to studio positioning.
Connectivity includes XLR and RCA line inputs, coaxial S/PDIF in and out (up to 192 kHz / 24-bit), and an Ethernet RJ45 port for integration with the EVE Control app. Safe fade-in prevents sudden peaks when powering on, and a front-facing color logo visualizes system status and indicates overload or updates.
The housing has a low-diffraction design and rounded edges to minimize unwanted reflections. There are four M6 mounting holes on the bottom for flexible installation. The monitor dimensions are 195 x 230 x 284 mm.
