The Peli Case 1557 Air is a robust and deep protective case designed for the safe transport of equipment that requires more volume and additional protection. Made of durable polypropylene, it offers complete protection against water and dust with an IP67 rating, as well as high impact resistance during transport. At 3 kg, the model remains relatively light for its class, making it convenient to carry and work on the go.
With external dimensions of 48.8 x 40.1 x 26.7 cm and internal dimensions of 43.9 x 33 x 24.9 cm, the case offers a larger internal volume of 0.04 m³, suitable for larger photo, video or drone kits. The interior includes foam that can be shaped to the equipment, providing stability and protection during transport. The depth is distributed between 24.6 cm in the lid and 19.6 cm in the base, allowing flexible arrangement of larger components.
The suitcase has an automatic pressure equalization valve that prevents internal pressure build-up during altitude changes. The fastening is via sturdy latch mechanisms, and the design allows the use of a padlock for additional security. The comfortable handle makes it easy to carry, and the buoyancy of up to 36.3 kg guarantees protection even in contact with water.
