Blackmagic Design ATEM Mini Extreme is a new generation switch for multi-chamber live transmission (live production switcher) with eight inputs and control panel. In addition to live streaming via the RTMP protocol, the device can output a webcam signal via USB.
The HDMI inputs of the Blackmagic ATEM Mini Extreme accept all popular HD signals up to 1080p60. Each input has a frame rate and format converter and supports re-syncing for seamless switching between various pro and amateur cameras, game consoles and computer feeds.
Switching, adding effects, color grading and more. etc. - All of them are possible in real time both through the buttons on the control panel and through software control. Blackmagic ATEM Mini Extreme allows you to remotely control some settings of Blackmagic Studio and URSA Mini, Broadcast and Micro Studio cameras.
Blackmagic ATEM Mini Extreme has a hardware streaming engine, eight HDMI video inputs, four chroma-keyers, six independent picture-in-picture DVE, two downstream keyers, two USB ports, microphone inputs and multiple HDMI outputs, including those for projectors.
The device allows live streaming on popular platforms such as YouTube, Facebook Live, Skype, Twitch, Zoom, Microsoft Teams and others that support RTMP protocol. When using the USB-C output, video software such as Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Skype, Open Broadcaster, XSplit Broadcaster and many more. etc. it is automatically recognized as a webcam.
The HDMI output can be configured for multiview monitoring of 4, 7, 10, 13 to 16 views, incl. Program, Preview, Super Source, pure feed, media player, streaming status, recording status, etc.
The Blackmagic ATEM Mini Extreme supports direct recording to USB sticks using the same H.264 video files with AAC audio used for streaming. Simultaneous or sequential recording on multiple media is possible via a USB hub or Blackmacig MultiDock.
