This high precision makes the lens fully compatible with modern sensors with high megapixel density.
The focus system uses two high-speed linear motors (HLA – High-response Linear Actuator), which provide fast and silent autofocus. The floating mechanism maintains optical quality at any distance, and the minimized focus “breathing” makes it ideal for video. For additional convenience, there is an aperture ring with click/de-click capability, as well as a customizable AFL button for individual settings.
The body is designed with professional dust and moisture protection, allowing reliable operation in dynamic environments. The front lens is water and oil repellent, making maintenance easy. The built-in tripod mount, compatible with the Arca-Swiss system, ensures stability when shooting from a tripod or during longer sessions.
