The second generation of the Hasselblad X2D II 100C medium format mirrorless camera is designed for professional photographers. It offers a 100 MP BSI CMOS sensor with an extremely wide dynamic range of up to 15.3 stops and 16-bit color depth, ensuring precise details and natural colors. The camera is equipped with advanced LiDAR-assisted hybrid autofocus and 5-axis image stabilization, which ensure accuracy and stability in a variety of shooting conditions.

The Hasselblad X2D II 100C features a 100-megapixel BSI CMOS sensor in medium format that delivers exceptional resolution, wide dynamic range and accurate color gradations. The camera supports 16-bit color depth and up to 15.3 stops of dynamic range, allowing for the preservation of detail in both bright and dark areas of the image. Built-in True HDR processing ensures smooth tonal transitions and excellent light management, regardless of the complexity of the scene.
Hasselblad Natural Colour Solution with High Dynamic Range (HNCS HDR) is an innovative technology that expands the colour gamut to P3 and increases peak brightness to 1400 nits. This allows the camera to reproduce natural colours with exceptional accuracy, even in bright lighting conditions. HDR images are processed in-camera and saved as HDR HEIF or Ultra HDR JPEG files, which can be viewed directly on the built-in 3.6-inch OLED touchscreen display with high brightness and contrast. HDR HEIF images can be edited and shared via Phocus Mobile 2, as well as viewed on HDR-compatible devices such as iPhone or iPad.
The camera is equipped with a LiDAR-assisted hybrid autofocus system, combining phase-detection AF with LiDAR for precise subject tracking even in low light. This system significantly improves autofocus reliability for portraits, dynamic scenes and architectural photography. Additionally, 5-axis image stabilization with up to 10 stops of compensation ensures exceptionally sharp shots when shooting handheld and at slow shutter speeds.
The camera body is made of machined aluminum, providing strength, lightness and an elegant minimalist design. The camera weighs about 840 grams with battery and measures 149 × 106 × 75 mm, making it convenient for long-term work. A built-in 1TB SSD provides fast recording and storage of huge RAW files typical of medium format photography, eliminating the need for external media during work.
The built-in 3.6-inch OLED touchscreen display is clear and bright, allowing for precise framing and easy image review. The camera supports USB-C Power Delivery up to 30W, allowing for fast charging and operation directly from external power supplies. The X2D II 100C is compatible with XCD and CFV X lenses, including the new XCD 35–100mm f/2.8–4 E, which offers versatile focal lengths and fast autofocus. This makes the system suitable for both studio and field conditions, providing flexibility in lens selection.
The design includes ergonomically positioned controls, protected and touch-sensitive, allowing intuitive operation even during long sessions. The camera is resistant to extreme conditions, with a coating that protects the body and mechanics from dust and light moisture.
