At the heart of the Shape 50 is the 5-inch Flax woofer, made from flax fiber, which offers a unique balance between lightness, rigidity and damping. This results in a natural and transparent sound, with clear bass and detailed midrange. The 1-inch inverted aluminum-magnesium tweeter offers an extended frequency range up to 35 kHz, with a wide stereo image and minimal distortion.
The system features 2x Class AB amplifiers delivering 85 W total power (60 W LF + 25 W HF), providing SPL up to 106 dB, which guarantees a wide spectrum and clarity even in critical mix situations. The side passive diaphragms, instead of traditional bass-reflex ports, provide better low-frequency behavior, without turbulence, even when placed close to a wall.
An additional advantage are the rear controls for low and high frequencies, which allow you to adapt the sound to the room. The aluminum housing with MDF sides ensures stability and minimal vibrations, and the design is sophisticated and elegant, suitable for both home studios and professional environments.
