The Hollyland Mars M1 (Enhanced) wireless monitor is equipped with a 5.5-inch touchscreen display with 1000 cd/m² brightness and a range of up to 150 meters in direct line of sight to devices with a minimum delay of 0.08 seconds. The Mars M1 Enhanced offers a number of improvements over its predecessor, such as a record review/playback function that allows up to 2 minutes of video playback, and in addition, the antennas have a new, more compact design.
Built-in wireless receiver and transmitter allow you to send and receive video between M1 devices, as well as to/from the Mars 400S Pro, Mars 300 Pro and Mars 4K wireless transmitters/receivers up to 150m away. The device also allows monitoring on a smartphone or tablet via the Hollyview app.
The monitor supports video input up to DCI/UHD 4K30p via HDMI and features an HDMI Loop output and an SDI input that supports multiple broadcast frame rates.
Mars M1 Enhanced allows video recording up to 2 minutes. and video playback. You can review your video wherever and whenever you want to make sure it was captured in the best quality. The video recording function supports up to two minutes of recording time. The recorded video cannot be exported and will be deleted when the device is turned off or when a new recording is started.
Hollyland Mars M1 (Enhanced) automatically scans the channels and finds a stable variant without interference.
The monitor supports Rec.709, 3D LUTs and offers various functionalities such as peaking, waveform, etc.
The device is powered from the mains, via NP-F batteries or via a D-Tap connector from an external source. The case is equipped with a standard 1/8" / 3.5 mm headphone output, a USB Type C input for updates and two standard 1/4"-20 mounting threads.
Hollyland Mars M1 (Enhanced) sends and receives video signal to/from other Mars M1s as well as Mars 400S Pro and Mars 4K. The device also allows monitoring on a smartphone or tablet via the Hollyview app. The following configurations are possible:
- One Mars M1 Enhanced TX can send signals to two other Mars M1 Enhanced in RX mode
- One Mars M1 Enhanced TX can send signals to another Mars M1 Enhanced set in RX mode and to two devices running the HollyView app
- One Mars M1 Enhanced TX can send signals to four devices running the HollyView app
- One Mars M1 Enhanced TX can send signals to two other Hollyland Mars 400S Pro/Mars 300 Pro/Mars 4K RX units
- One Hollyland Mars 400S Pro/Mars 300 Pro/Mars 4K TX unit can send signals to one Mars M1 Enhanced set in RX mode and to two units running the HollyView App
Mars M1 (Enhanced) has a built-in fan with 2 operating modes: Auto or Mute. Quiet mode keeps fan noise lower so it doesn't affect video recording.
