An apochromatic optical design minimizes various aberrations, and aspherical and partial dispersion elements ensure exceptional sharpness and accurate color reproduction.

The Voigtlander Macro Apo-Lanthar 65mm f/2 10-element aperture offers nice and smooth bokeh.

Electronic contacts transfer all Exif data between the camera and lens to allow full use of the camera's functions, including focus zoom, image stabilization and more.

The manual focus mechanism enables precise work even from a distance of 31 cm from the subject.
