Description
Zoom F3 Multitrack Field Recorder is a compact two-channel audio recorder for excellent sound with minimal effort.
The model is equipped with two premium preamps and provides 32-bit float recording with low noise and no distortion fully automatically and without additional effort.
Zoom F3 has two XLR Mic / Line inputs with option for + 24 / 48V phantom power, control display and one-touch controllers. The power options of the audio recorder include constant power supply or operation with 2 pcs. AA batteries that provide up to 18 hours of continuous recording (with lithium batteries; 8 hours with alkaline or NiMH batteries).
The model offers 3.5mm Line output (unbalanced) and 3.5mm headphone output (unbalanced) for real-time monitoring. Files can be saved on a microSD card and transferred via a USB-C port, which also allows the use of Zoom F3 as a 2x2 24-bit / 96 kHz USB audio interface (after firmware update).
The audio recorder is compatible with the Zoom BTA-1 Bluetooth adapter, which allows remote control of the device via the F3 Control application, and in combination with the Atomos UltraSync Blue module - a precise timecode for accurate video synchronization.
