The Rode NTG-5 is a short, ultra-light shotgun microphone that is moisture resistant.
The NTG5 has a revolutionary acoustic design with round acoustic apertures replacing the classic linear slots in this type of microphone, providing more natural and direct sound. Combined with strictly controlled frequency response, smooth response and very low native noise levels (only 10 dBA), the NTG5 delivers quality audio in a wide variety of applications.
The Rode NTG5 Kit includes 2 windshields to minimize unwanted noise, a pistol grip with vibration reduction system and an attachment to an extension cord.
