Description
Sigma fp L is a super compact full-frame mirrorless camera equipped with a 61-megapixel sensor (Bayer RGB), measuring only 113 x 70 x 45 mm and weighing 375 g.
The camera is the second of the compact series with Sigma fp L mount and, in addition to the high resolution of the sensor, differs from its predecessor and improved autofocus with a combination of phase and contrast detection, as well as the option to use a new electronic viewfinder - Sigma Electronic Viewfinder EVF-11.
In terms of other parameters, Sigma fp L does not differ much from its predecessor and again offers video recording up to DCI 4K 24p (with real 24 fps) and 12-bit RAW for external recording (+ CinemaDNG 8-bit), ISO range 100- 25600 (6-102400), electronic shutter with a maximum speed of 1/8000 sec. and X-sync up to 1/15 sec.
Sigma fp L allows constant power supply via USB Type C port, and the case is equipped with a large 3.15-inch touch screen with 2,100,000 tons.
The high resolution is combined with the Crop Zoom option, which allows for a clearer idea of the result when cropping part of the image, as well as for the crop itself directly in the camera.
The new optional electronic viewfinder is a direct response to Sigma fp user requests and attaches sideways to the camera, as well as the included hotshoe adapter. The viewfinder connects to the camera via a USB-C port and attaches to the accessory mounting thread. He himself in turn offers a headphone jack and thread for accessories. The design allows it to be rotated to a vertical position for comfortable shooting from a low point, and its 3,680,000-ton display provides completely seamless framing.
