The Laowa 50mm f / 2.8 2X Ultra Macro APO from Venus Optics is an apochromatic macro lens with a maximum reproduction ratio of 2: 1 and a minimum focusing distance of just 13.5 cm, designed for micro 4/3 (mft) cameras.
The optical scheme of the three-element lens with extremely low dispersion levels provides excellent correction of chromatic aberrations, and the aperture with seven rounded elements gives a smooth and pleasant defocus.
The built-in Laowa 50mm f / 2.8 2X Ultra Macro APO processor allows control of the aperture from the camera.
