The lens is equipped with an electromagnetic diaphragm that allows precise exposure at high frame rates. The optical circuit contains 25 elements in 19 groups, with Nikon ED glass and SR glass as well as ARNEO coating and nanocrystalline coating. Chromatic aberration, coma, phantoms and glare are completely eliminated.
The Silent Wave Autofocus motor provides fast and quiet focusing, along with the ability to manually adjust focus at any time.
VR image stabilization compensates for up to 4 steps, and the integrated tripod heel provides added stability.
