For those who would like more control over power, exposure and color temperature, C1 Plus can also be used in manual mode.
The Profoto C1 Plus is designed in a circular shape that distributes light smoothly, softly and evenly. Thanks to the wide range of colors, you will be able to match the C1 with a wide variety of lighting conditions, ranging from dusk to dawn. To keep your images natural, the built-in reflectors and the dome diffuser create natural shadows, the color rendering index> 90 produces light that is very close to the living room. Profoto C1 Plus is also compatible with light shaping tools such as colored gels, bars and domes that provide a wide range of creative options. Light shaping tools are installed and removed extremely quickly and easily with the magnetic installation of C1 Plus.
Use it by hand to explore different angles by simply moving it around or mounting it on a tripod, stand or arm with a standard thread built into it. You can even use several C1 Plus at a time.
Since the C1 Plus is also compatible with Profoto AirTTL controllers, you can also use it when shooting with a camera. Its built-in 1500mAh lithium-polymer battery withstands about 2000 full-power pulses or 40 minutes of continuous full-power light. After exhaustion, it can be recharged in two hours using the included USB Type-C to Type-A cable.
