An aspherical element controls various aberrations and distortions for improved edge-to-edge image sharpness and clarity.
The large f/2 maximum aperture is beneficial when working in low-light conditions and adds more control over depth of field.
The manual focus design provides a minimum focal length of 70cm with a maximum reproduction ratio of 1:17.5.
