The SmallRig 4643 Carbon Fiber Tripod Kit with Head FT-S303 is a professional carbon fiber video tripod equipped with a compact fluid head and designed for smooth video shooting. The model features 30 mm carbon legs, a load capacity of up to 6 kg, a pre-set counterbalance system of up to 4 kg, a 65 mm leveling cup, a built-in spirit level, and a quick-release system compatible with DJI RS Series and Manfrotto 501PL plates.
The carbon construction provides an optimal weight-to-strength ratio, ensuring stability even when using heavier video configurations. The 30mm diameter legs contribute to high stability without significantly increasing the overall weight of the system.
The compact fluid head uses a damping system that ensures smooth panning and tilting. With a center of gravity of around 50 mm, the pre-set counterbalance allows precise control of cameras and rigs weighing up to 4 kg, and the head’s maximum load capacity reaches 6 kg.
Thanks to the new quick-release system, camera mounting is significantly faster than traditional sliding plates. Compatibility with the DJI RS Series Quick Release Plate and Manfrotto 501PL allows for a seamless transition between gimbal and tripod shooting. Additional 1/4"-20 and 3/8"-16 threads allow for the attachment of accessories such as magic arms, monitors, and other auxiliary devices.
