Description
The VALOI easy35 V2 accessory is an advanced system for digitizing 35mm film strips using a digital camera and macro lens. Developed after years of practical experience and feedback from photographers around the world, it offers professional image quality in a compact design that eliminates the need for duplicating stands, tripods and complicated setups.
The system mounts directly to the macro lens and creates a completely enclosed light environment, ensuring maximum stability and consistency with every scan. Compared to traditional flatbed scanners, the easy35 V2 allows digitizing film frames up to 10 times faster.
New generation lighting for maximum quality
The main innovation of the easy35 V2 is the Universal Light Source. The new lighting system increases the light uniformity from 81% to 99%, which virtually eliminates vignetting, so-called "orange corners" and uneven lighting, typical of many home digitizing solutions.
The color temperature is optimized to naturally compensate for the orange mask of color negatives, while also providing excellent results with black-and-white negatives and slides.
Maximum precision in every scan
Unlike the previous generation, the easy35 V2 uses an injection-molded ABS housing with much tighter manufacturing tolerances and an all-metal rotation mechanism. Additionally, a five-point ball bearing system fixes the film holder with extreme precision and keeps the film strip absolutely parallel to the camera sensor.
This results in higher sharpness across the entire frame and consistent results regardless of the number of frames scanned.
Longer battery life and modular system
The built-in battery provides over 4 hours of battery life, and Smart Battery Bypass technology allows the device to operate directly via USB-C power without straining or heating the battery during long sessions.
The new magnetic system allows for instant attachment of the easy35 Duster accessory for cleaning the film during operation.
As standard, the kit is ready to work with 35 mm film, and the system can be expanded with additional holders for 35 mm with perforation, Half Frame, APS, 110, 126, Minox and other film formats.
