The Fujifilm X-S20 camera is the first model in the compact XS series to combine the 26-megapixel X Trans CMOS 4 APS-C sensor with the X-Processor 5 processor, which provides high-speed operation in photo and video shooting, improved precision and speed of automatic focusing, Fujifilm color science technology and 5-axis stabilization with compensation up to seven steps.
The Fujifilm X-S20 also offers a Vlog mode for quality video recording with the ability to easily control various settings while shooting, as well as useful autofocus video modes such as Product Priority and Background Defocus.
The camera's compact body is equipped with 3.5mm jacks for an external microphone and headphones, a USB port for live streaming up to 4K 60fps and an HDMI port for external recording of 12-bit 4:2:2 RAW video. The Fujifilm X-S20 also supports wireless connectivity via Bluetooth and Wi-Fi.
Fujifilm X-S20 offers H.264 ALL-Intra/H.264 Long GOP/H.265/H.265 Long GOP/MOV/MP4/MPEG-4 AVC 4:2:2/4:2:0 internal recording 8/10-Bit video up to 6K at 30 frames per second, as well as 4K at up to 60 frames per second and FHD at up to 240 frames per second.
The autofocus system relies on Deep-Learning AI and the X-Processor 5 processor to provide detection and tracking of eyes and faces, animals, birds, cars, motorcycles and even drones.
Fujifilm's signature modes for simulating different photographic films are also available.

Providing an equivalent focal length of 24 to 76mm, the Fujinon XF 16-50mm f/2.8-4.8 R LM WR is suitable for countless shooting scenarios. The maximum aperture of f/2.8 allows working in low-light conditions, and the 9-lamella diaphragm provides nice and soft bokeh. Autofocus is controlled by a small, fast, light and silent linear motor.
The optical design includes three aspherical and three ultra-low dispersion elements that reduce chromatic aberration and maintain high resolution throughout the zoom range . The housing is weatherproof, which allows it to be used in adverse weather conditions (including temperatures down to -10 °C).
