Providing an equivalent focal length of 24 to 76mm, the Fujinon XF 16-50mm f/2.8-4.8 R LM WR is suitable for countless shooting scenarios. The maximum aperture of f/2.8 allows working in low-light conditions, and the 9-lamella diaphragm provides nice and soft bokeh. Autofocus is controlled by a small, fast, light and silent linear motor.
The optical design includes three aspherical and three ultra-low dispersion elements that reduce chromatic aberration and maintain high resolution throughout the zoom range . The housing is weatherproof, which allows it to be used in adverse weather conditions (including temperatures down to -10 °C).
