Description

The Blackmagic DeckLink Quad 2 capture card is a professional PCIe video input and output card designed for broadcast studios, streaming platforms, video servers, broadcast systems and multi-channel production environments. With eight independent 3G-SDI connections, the card offers exceptional flexibility when working with multiple video sources simultaneously.

DeckLink Quad 2 features eight 3G-SDI connectors that can be individually configured as inputs or outputs to suit your specific system needs, allowing for a variety of workflows for recording, monitoring, playout and video processing.

The card supports up to eight simultaneous video inputs, making it suitable for multi-camera productions, recording systems, video conferencing solutions, streaming platforms, and professional television applications.

Blackmagic DeckLink Quad 2 supports a wide range of video standards, including SD, HD and Full HD formats. It is compatible with resolutions up to 1080p at up to 60 frames per second, as well as 1080i, 1080PsF and 720p video signals.

Each SDI channel supports up to 16 embedded audio channels, allowing simultaneous transmission of high-quality audio and video over a single connection. This simplifies integration into professional workflows and reduces the need for additional audio interfaces.

Thanks to its multi-channel architecture, DeckLink Quad 2 is widely used in television studios, broadcast automation systems, video servers, production centers, virtual studios, and professional streaming solutions.

The card features a separate input for Blackburst, Reference or Tri-Level Sync signal, which allows synchronization with other devices in professional television and production systems.

DeckLink Quad 2 is compatible with Windows, macOS and Linux, making it easy to integrate into a variety of workflows and professional video processing and broadcast software solutions.
