The Sirui ET-1204 + VA-5X Travel Carbon Tripod Kit is a lightweight and compact carbon tripod kit with a fluid head included, designed for video and hybrid work on the go. The kit includes carbon legs with a load capacity of up to 7.98 kg and a VA-5X fluid head with a capacity of 3 kg, an Arca-Swiss compatible plate and the ability to mount with 1/4"-20 and 3/8"-16. The maximum height reaches 139.9 cm, and the folded size of 41.9 cm makes it extremely convenient for transport.
The carbon fiber construction provides an excellent balance between strength and light weight, with the entire set weighing in at around 1.7 kg. This makes it ideal for travel, field work and mobile productions. The four-section legs with flip-lock mechanism allow for quick deployment and stable fixation, and the three-position extension provides flexibility for different terrains and shooting angles.
The minimum working height of 12.9 cm allows for shooting from a very low perspective, while the maximum height of 139.9 cm ensures comfort for standard shots. The center column is movable and reversible, further expanding the possibilities of work.
The VA-5X fluid head is optimized for video, offering smooth pan and tilt movement (tilt from +90° to -60°). It features separate pan and tilt locks, continuous counterbalance, and a level for precise leveling. The Arca-type sliding balance plate allows for quick camera positioning.
The head supports pan handle mounting and is suitable for compact cameras, mirrorless systems and lightweight video rigs. The lack of adjustable drag means fixed resistance, which is optimized for smooth movements.
