The ASUS ProArt PA329CRV monitor is a 32-inch professional 4K monitor designed for precise work with images, video content and graphic design. It features an IPS panel and a resolution of 3840 x 2160, which provides exceptional detail and clarity of the image. It supports 10-bit color depth (1.07 billion colors) and offers wide color coverage – 100% sRGB, 100% Rec.709 and 98% DCI-P3, making it suitable for professional environments that require accuracy and consistency. Brightness reaches 400 nits in HDR mode (HDR10), while the standard value of 350 nits ensures stable performance for everyday tasks. An anti-reflective coating reduces reflections and improves comfort during prolonged use.
The monitor offers wide viewing angles of 178°, maintaining color accuracy regardless of the viewing position. The contrast ratio of 1000:1 and the response time of 5 ms (GtG) provide a balanced performance for both static content and video. The refresh rate of 60 Hz, combined with Adaptive-Sync and VRR technologies, contributes to smooth image reproduction, although the model is not oriented towards dynamic gaming.
Connectivity is designed with modern workstations in mind. There are two HDMI 2.0 inputs and a DisplayPort 1.4, as well as a USB-C port with DisplayPort signal support and power delivery up to 96W, allowing for easy connection to laptops via a single cable. Additionally, there are USB-A ports for peripherals. Picture-in-Picture (PIP) and Picture-by-Picture (PBP) functions allow you to work with multiple sources simultaneously, which significantly improves productivity.
The ergonomic design allows for height, tilt, swivel and rotation adjustment, ensuring comfort during extended work. VESA mounting support (100 x 100 mm) facilitates integration into various work environments. The built-in speakers (2 x 2 W) are suitable for basic use, but are not intended for professional audio monitoring.
It's important to note that despite HDR support, the brightness remains mid-range and isn't designed for high-end HDR production. Additionally, the 60Hz refresh rate limits its use for gaming. However, the model offers an excellent balance between size, resolution, and color accuracy for professional applications.
