The TTArtisan 14mm F/2.8 ASPH is an ultra-wide-angle lens for Nikon Z-mount, designed for full-frame mirrorless cameras. With a focal length of 14mm and a 114° angle of view, the model offers extremely wide coverage, suitable for landscape photography, architecture, interiors, astrophotography and dynamic video footage.
The maximum aperture of f/2.8 allows for work in lower light and is particularly useful for night shots and starry skies. The minimum aperture of f/16 allows for greater depth of field for daytime landscapes and scenes with a lot of detail. Thanks to the 8-blade diaphragm, the lens creates well-shaped light rays when shooting against the light.
The optical construction includes 13 elements in 10 groups, with aspherical (ASPH) elements helping to reduce spherical aberrations and control distortions that are typical of ultra-wide-angle lenses. This allows for better sharpness in the center and more even performance at the edges of the frame.
The minimum focusing distance is 0.2m, allowing for close-up shots with enhanced perspective and dramatic visual effects. The lens features Manual Focus, providing precise control, especially valuable for landscape and video work.
The lens comes with a 77mm threaded filter adapter, which allows the use of standard filters, which is an advantage for this class of wide-angle lenses.
With a diameter of 80 mm, a length of 65 mm, and a weight of 445 g, the TTArtisan 14mm F/2.8 ASPH offers a stable metal construction and comfortable balance on Sony full-frame bodies.
