The Exascend CFexpress Element Pro 4.0 Type B 1TB memory card is a professional memory card designed for modern photo and video cameras that require high write speeds and stable performance when working with large files. With a capacity of 1TB, it offers enough space for 4K, 6K and even 8K video, as well as high-resolution burst photography, without the need for frequent media replacement.
The card uses the PCI-Express 4.0 interface, which provides significantly higher bandwidth compared to older generations. The maximum read speed reaches up to 3500 MB/s, and the sustained read speed is up to 3400 MB/s. This allows for extremely fast material unloading to a computer or workstation, which saves time during intensive productions.
When recording, the model reaches a maximum speed of up to 3100 MB/s, and the sustained speed is up to 1750 MB/s. It is the sustained speed that is key when recording long-term video with a high bitrate, as it ensures stable operation without sudden drops in performance. The 1TB version is suitable for professional operators and photographers who are looking for a balance between capacity, high speed and reliability.
The CFexpress Type B format ensures compatibility with relevant professional cameras equipped with a Type B slot. The card is not compatible with CFexpress Type A or CFast slots, which is important to check in advance.
The Exascend Element Pro 4.0 is designed to operate stably over a wide temperature range – from -12°C to 72°C in operation and from -40°C to 85°C in storage. This makes it suitable for both studio work and outdoor productions in more extreme conditions.
