The FSB 6 is an updated version developed with technologies and design solutions from the Sachtler aktiv series, offering more precise control over camera movement and more reliable operation in professional shooting conditions. The fluid head uses a 3-stage fluid resistance system for smooth panning and controlled tilting. The design is designed for smooth start and soft stop of movements, which helps with more precise subject tracking and more natural camera movement in professional video shooting.
The tripod offers 15 degrees of counterbalance for precise balancing of various cameras and configurations. This allows stable operation with both compact mirrorless systems and heavier professional cameras equipped with monitors, wireless systems, follow focus and additional accessories. Speedbalance technology supports finer balance adjustment and reduces unwanted camera tilt when changing position.
The FSB 6 uses a Sideload system with a sliding balance plate and a 12 cm travel for faster installation and easier camera positioning. This facilitates work when frequently changing configurations and speeds up preparation for shooting. The tilt range from +90° to -70° provides flexibility when working at different angles and dynamic shooting situations.
The tripod features an illuminated PrismBubble level that remains easily visible from different angles and in low light, making it easy to level when working on dark sets and night scenes.
The two-stage aluminum tripod offers a stable and reliable construction for professional work in the studio and on location.
