The model is part of Godox's compact yet powerful ML series and combines 150 W output power with an advanced optical design that allows the use of various lighting accessories.
The ML150Bi features a proprietary mount for optical attachments and light modifiers, allowing for both a wide spread and a highly focused spot beam when used with a compatible lens or reflector. This allows for precise light shaping – from soft illumination for interviews and portraits to directional accent lighting for product and advertising scenes.
The wide color temperature range from 2800K to 6500K allows for quick adaptation to any lighting conditions from warm atmosphere to neutral daylight. High color accuracy (CRI 96 / TLCI 96) ensures natural skin tones and correct color reproduction, which is critical in professional video recording and post-production. Brightness is smoothly adjusted from 0 to 100%, without visible jumps or changes in color temperature.
The ML150Bi supports multi-power options, making it extremely flexible. The light can be powered by AC power, external battery solutions (V-mount) or USB-C / DC input, making it suitable for both studio and mobile use. The intelligent cooling system maintains stable operation at high power while minimizing noise - an important advantage for video productions with sensitive audio recording.
Control can be done directly from the housing or remotely via Bluetooth and the Godox Light app, which allows for remote control of brightness, color temperature, and effects.
