*To ensure that your drone can use the Flyaway service, first pair your DJI account and the device with the drone via the mobile app. The Flyaway replacement service cannot be used if the incident occurred before the account or device were paired.
You may replace your DJI product in the event of an incident for an additional replacement fee. Replacement products are brand new or equivalent to new in terms of performance and reliability.
EXPRESS is a new option that allows you to skip the damage assessment and quote process. DJI’s service center will send you a replacement drone as soon as it receives your damaged one. So you can fly again without worry.
During the DJI Care Refresh service, the warranty on the main parts is covered by the official warranty, providing Bac's compatibility and longer protection for your product.
