The UGREEN DXP4800 Plus NASync 4-BAY accessory is a high-end network storage with 4 disk bays, designed for professional users, studios and small teams who work with large volumes of data and require high speed, flexible RAID protection and modern network connectivity. The device combines 4 bays for 2.5"/3.5" drives with 2 M.2 slots, which allows building hybrid configurations with high capacity and accelerated access via SSD cache or main SSD storage. With installed media, the system can reach up to 136 TB of total capacity.
The DXP4800 Plus is powered by a 12th generation 5-core Intel x86 processor, providing serious computing power for parallel tasks, multi-user access and heavy file handling. The device comes standard with 8 GB of RAM, supporting memory expansion up to 64 GB, making it suitable for long-term workloads and more complex workflows.
The NAS system supports the full range of popular RAID modes – RAID 0, 1, 5, 6, 10, JBOD and Basic. This allows configuration according to specific needs, from maximum speed and combined capacity to a high level of protection in the event of a single or double disk failure. This makes the DXP4800 Plus adaptable to both archive systems and active work with video, photos and large projects.
One of the key advantages of the model is the presence of two network ports, 2.5GbE and 10GbE, which allows for significantly higher throughput when working in a local network. This is especially important for environments with multiple users or for working directly with files from the NAS device.
Connectivity is complemented by USB-C Gen 2, USB-A Gen 2, USB-A Gen 1 and two USB 2.0 ports, suitable for external drives, backup and peripherals. An HDMI output allows direct connection to a monitor or TV for local viewing and multimedia use, while an SD/SDHC/SDXC slot facilitates direct import of files from memory cards.
The DXP4800 Plus runs on UGOS Pro, an operating system optimized for stable performance and intuitive control. The system is compatible with Windows and macOS, and mobile control is available via an iPadOS app, allowing for on-the-go monitoring and control.
