The Peak Design Strap Leather Standard is a leather camera strap designed for photographers who prefer a fixed length, stability, and comfort without unnecessary adjustment mechanisms. With a maximum length of 118.6 cm, the strap provides a constant and predictable position of the camera, which is especially practical for street photography, travel, and reportage work.
The strap is made of genuine leather, which offers better body contact and a more stable feel when worn, and the construction is designed to distribute the weight more evenly. The width of 1.65 cm, expanding to 3 cm in the shoulder area, contributes to higher comfort when working with heavier equipment, without the strap becoming bulky or uncomfortable. Despite the leather construction, the total weight remains low at 57 g.
The Anchor Links used are designed for serious loads, with each anchor holding up to 90.7 kg, and the strap itself is sized for a load of up to 81.6 kg, which provides a high level of security even with professional cameras and heavy lenses.
Thanks to its quick release, the Strap Form Rope Long can be easily removed or transferred between different devices without tools. Its compact profile and low weight make it a discreet accessory that does not get in the way when not in active use.
