Description
The RME Fireface UCX II is a professional USB audio interface designed for studio and live work, combining compact dimensions with extremely high performance and flexible connectivity. The model offers 8 analog inputs and 8 analog outputs, as well as up to 12 digital inputs and 12 digital outputs via ADAT, AES3 and S/PDIF, making it suitable for both small studios and advanced professional configurations.
The interface supports resolutions up to 192 kHz at 24-bit and provides stable operation with extremely low latency. A/D conversion reaches 0.031 ms at 192 kHz, ensuring precise real-time monitoring. Microphone inputs offer up to +75 dB gain and EIN down to -128 dBu, ensuring clean recording even at low signal levels.
The front panel includes two combo XLR/TRS microphone inputs with individually switchable 48V phantom power, as well as two Hi-Z instrument inputs. Additionally, four line inputs and six line outputs are available on the rear panel. The headphone output delivers up to 210mW of power into 32 ohms.
Digital connectivity includes ADAT, AES3 and S/PDIF, as well as Word Clock via BNC for precise synchronization. Internal and external clocks are supported with jitter suppression of over 50 dB. MIDI in and out are also available, as is a USB-A port for external recording.
Fireface UCX II features a color display for quick access to basic settings. Power is supplied via the included adapter, and the rugged construction makes it suitable for both rack mounting and desktop use.
