The RME ADI-2 DAC FS audio interface is a high-end desktop AD/DA converter designed for audiophiles, studio engineers and professionals who demand the utmost precision in digital-to-analog conversion. It offers exceptionally clean sound, stable clock synchronization and broad compatibility with professional digital formats.
The device supports resolution up to 24-bit and standard operation up to 192 kHz, with internal digital processing reaching up to 768 kHz. The D/A converters offer a dynamic range of up to 120 dBA, and THD values of up to 0.00016% guarantee a clean and detailed signal without compromise.
The ADI-2 DAC FS features balanced XLR outputs and additional 1/4" TRS line outputs, making it suitable for integration into professional monitor systems. The high-quality headphone output provides up to 700 mW of power per channel at 32 ohms, with a maximum output level of up to +19 dBu.
Digital connectivity includes AES3 via XLR, coaxial RCA S/PDIF, and optical TOSLINK ADAT or S/PDIF input and output. Supports internal and external synchronization with effective jitter suppression of over 50 dB.
Power is supplied via the included 12 V adapter, with a universal input voltage of 100–240 V and low consumption of up to 10 W.
