Dual 6.5-inch opposed drivers
Instead of one large speaker, the WS-6.2 uses two smaller ones operating in sync. This provides sound pressure levels comparable to a 10-inch subwoofer, but in a significantly more compact enclosure. The opposing arrangement eliminates vibrations and mechanical resonances, providing an extremely stable platform for operation.
Deep and precise frequency range
The subwoofer offers a frequency response of 31.5 Hz to 180 Hz (±3 dB) and an extended range of 27 Hz to 200 Hz (−10 dB). This allows for capturing details in the lowest octaves that often go unnoticed with standard studio monitors. The low cutoff frequency provides realistic and tight reproduction needed for electronic music, hip-hop and film soundtracks.

The XLR outputs allow direct connection to monitors, and the crossover can be set to 80 Hz, LFE or external mode. There is also a polarity reversal function (0°/180°), as well as limiter protection to protect the system from overload.
Control and convenience
For maximum flexibility, a footswitch input is provided, allowing you to instantly engage or bypass the subwoofer without changing settings. This facilitates comparisons during mixing and mastering, allowing for a quick transition between working with and without low frequencies.
