Description

The Profoto B30 monoblock is a compact 500Ws flash designed for photographers looking for reliability, precise control, and exceptional performance in any shooting situation.

The main improvements of the Profoto B30 compared to its predecessor, the Profoto B10:

  • Faster reload time. The Profoto B30 achieves a 13 percent faster reload time compared to the B10, providing a lightning-fast reload time of 0.01 to 2.1 seconds. This allows for continuous shooting and capturing key moments without delay.

  • More powerful LED light. The built-in 40W Bi-Color LED modeling light has 50 percent more light output than the B10, making the B30 especially suitable for combined photo and video projects with constant and even light.

  • Improved durability and compatibility. The B30's robust, rubberized construction ensures stable operation even under heavy loads.

With a maximum power of 500W, the B30 provides intense and even light with 11-level fine adjustment, allowing for precise lighting adjustment. The built-in Bi-Color LED pilot light with a power of 40W and a color temperature of 2800 to 7000K and a CRI of 94 offers exceptional quality for both photography and video.

The B30 is designed with dynamic working conditions in mind and features three flash modes: ECO for continuous use, Boost for maximum light output, and Freeze for ultra-short flash duration when capturing fast action. With a lightning-fast recharge time of 0.01 to 2.1 seconds.

The body is reinforced with a rubber coating that provides strength and stability when working with heavy modifiers. Compatibility with over 120 accessories from the Profoto Light Shaping System opens up wide possibilities for creative light shaping. Support for Profoto AirX ensures reliable wireless communication and synchronization.
