The SmallHD ULTRA 7 Monitor is a top-of-the-line professional monitor designed for the needs of film, television and field video production. With its 2300 cd/m² brightness, it offers exceptionally good visibility in all lighting conditions – both in the studio and on location.
The 7-inch touchscreen display with 1920 x 1200 resolution and 10-bit 4:2:2 Rec. 709 color processing provides high accuracy and detail, making it extremely suitable for focusing and image evaluation. It supports HDMI and 6G-SDI inputs and outputs with the ability to transmit signals up to 4K resolution.
The monitor features both touch controls and buttons that allow operation in all conditions, including with gloves. Thanks to the 5-pin USB and Ethernet port, compatibility for remote control of RED, ARRI and Sony VENICE cameras is offered.
The PageOS 5 operating system provides an advanced yet intuitive interface, with professional features such as EL Zone, waveform, false color, RGB parade, Teradek RT overlays, Look-Around Camera Control (sold separately), and more. To create visual consistency in your project, you can load 3D LUTs via SD card or USB media, applying them both at the page level and system-wide.
The housing is constructed from rugged aluminum, with an IP53 rating for dust and water resistance, making it suitable for harsh shooting conditions. Multiple mounting options are available via four 1/4"-20 threads, and power is provided via a 2-pin LEMO port or a compatible Gold/V-mount micro battery adapter (sold separately).
Additional features include anamorphic correction, scaling, image flip/rotation, waveform, vectorscope, RGB histogram, audio meters, as well as the ability to capture an image and overlay with adjustable transparency.
