The Tortoise 14C base is made of carbon fiber and the center column has been removed, which not only reduces the weight of the tripod, but also improves its stability. Without the center column, the tripod has a lower center of gravity, which minimizes vibration and makes shooting video or using heavy equipment much more stable. This is especially important when shooting at lower angles or using large lenses.
The Benro GX25 Apple Head is extremely compact and offers dual panning. This means you can pan not only from the tripod base but also from the quick release platform itself, providing complete freedom when shooting panoramas and video. Friction adjustment is easy with the main locking mechanism that allows for precise framing, and the independent panning lock gives you even more control over camera movement.
No need to waste time setting up. With the automatic leg angle adjustment system, you can simply press a button and instantly change the angle of the legs for ideal stability on any terrain. Twist-lock leg locking mechanisms ensure quick and reliable expansion and folding.
With three 1/4"-20 holes located on the aluminum base of the legs, this tripod allows you to add additional accessories such as lights, microphones, or monitors, making it ideal for video and photo tasks.
