The Deity Theos Digital Wireless Kit is an innovative digital system of a receiver and two transmitters with stable transmission, designed to provide seamless audio recording for professional film and television productions with uncompromising sound quality.
The core of the system is a pair of compact DBTX transmitters that offer exceptional flexibility. Each transmitter features a locking 3.5mm TRS microphone input, allowing for easy and secure use of the included lapel microphones. The transmitters offer an impressive 123dB dynamic range and up to 30dB of gain, supporting 24-bit/48kHz digital audio quality.
Deity Theos offers a unique backup recording feature on each transmitter. Each transmitter has a built-in recorder that records audio directly to a microSD card (up to 128GB) in 24-bit or 32-bit float format, providing protection against data loss during recording. This is especially useful when using a wireless signal, preventing potential signal issues and ensuring stable recording even during interruptions.
The Deity Theos Digital Wireless Kit transmitters offer RF power adjustment from 10 to 100mW, allowing you to fine-tune your transmission to suit your environment and overcome interference in the frequency spectrum. Each transmitter is powered by two AA lithium batteries, providing up to 12 hours of operation. The D2RX receiver, also powered by two AA lithium batteries, can operate for over 8 hours, ensuring continuous operation during intensive shooting and recording.
The Deity Theos Digital Wireless Kit is easy to use thanks to the full-color LCD screens on both the transmitter and receiver. They provide clear information on audio level, battery status and signal strength, which is especially useful in dynamic conditions on set. In addition, the D2RX receiver can be mounted directly on the camera via a cold shoe.
Deity Theos offers a revolutionary remote control feature via the Sidus Audio app. With this app you can control transmitter and receiver settings, perform frequency scans, adjust gain and even activate the backup recorder without having to go near the device. This is invaluable when working in the field, when quick adjustments and device setups need to be made without wasting time.
Operating in the UHF spectrum (550–663 MHz) of the Deity Theos ensures stability and reduces the risk of interference, offering a wide range for operation in a variety of environments. This is important when shooting in busy locations where multiple devices are being used simultaneously, such as cameras, microphones, lights and other wireless systems.
