T9 Portable SSD 4TB USB 3.2 Gen 2x2 provides a maximum read speed of 2000 MB/s and a maximum write speed of 1950 MB/s through its USB 3.2 Gen 2x2 Type-C port. It's roughly twice as fast as its predecessor, the T7, and up to 16 times faster than a traditional external hard drive. T9 supports 256-bit AES hardware encryption to preserve your data even if it is lost.
T9 is compatible with Windows phones and tablets, macOS, Android, game consoles, 12K camera and more. USB-C to USB-C and USB-C to USB-A cables are included for seamless connectivity.
The Samsung T9 is shock and drop resistant up to 3 meters. The robust housing with Dynamic Thermal Guard controls heat to maintain stable performance even at 60°C. In addition, the T9 maintains a compact size and weight of only 120g. Backwards compatible with USB 3.2, USB 3.1, USB 3.0 and USB 2.0.
