T9 Portable SSD 2TB USB 3.2 Gen 2x2 provides a maximum read speed of 2000 MB/s and a maximum write speed of 1950 MB/s through its USB 3.2 Gen 2x2 Type-C port. It's roughly twice as fast as its predecessor, the T7, and up to 16 times faster than a traditional external hard drive. T9 supports 256-bit AES hardware encryption to preserve your data even if it is lost.
The T9 is compatible with Windows, macOS, Android phones and tablets, game consoles, 12K camera, and more. USB-C to USB-C and USB-C to USB-A cables are included for seamless connectivity.
The Samsung T9 is shock and drop resistant up to 3 meters. The robust housing with Dynamic Thermal Guard controls heat to maintain stable performance even at 60°C. In addition, the T9 maintains a compact size and weight of only 120g. Backwards compatible with USB 3.2, USB 3.1, USB 3.0 and USB 2.0.
