Description
The Pentax WG-8 camera is a compact model, waterproof to a depth of 20 meters, dustproof, resistant to falling from a height of up to two meters, crushing with weights of up to 100 kgf and extreme temperatures down to -10°C.
The 20MP BSI CMOS sensor provides sharp images with low noise and 4K video recording in H.264 format at 30 fps. In addition to Movie Shake Reduction, Movie SR+ mode reduces shake comparable to using a gimbal.
The lens offers 5x optical zoom, a focal length of 5mm to 25mm, which is equivalent to 28mm to 140mm (35mm equivalent). The minimum focusing distance of 1 cm allows ultra-close macro photography. There's a six-LED ring light around the lens, so you can capture clearer, sharper images in low-light conditions.
