Description
The Fujifilm Fujinon GF 500mm f/5.6 R LM OIS WR super telephoto lens is a relatively compact and lightweight model designed for Fujifilm G-mount medium format cameras that provides a 396mm equivalent focal length.
The optical scheme includes five ED and two Super ED elements that correct distortions and aberrations to produce clear and detailed images. Image stabilization provides compensation up to 6 stops, and the autofocus mechanism ensures fast, precise and silent operation when shooting sports events, wildlife, birds and more. The Focus Limiter function allows limiting the focus range to shorten the AF time when shooting an object that is usually at a distance of no less than 5m.
In combination with the FUJINON GF1.4X TC WR teleconverter, you can increase the focal length of the Fujinon GF 500mm f/5.6 R LM OIS WR to 700mm (equivalent to 554mm).
The housing is resistant to adverse weather conditions, temperatures down to -10°C, splashes of water and dust, and the fluorine coating of the front lens provides additional protection against dirt and facilitates its cleaning if necessary.
