8K30 360° video
The Insta360 X4 offers 87% more 360-degree video resolution than the X3 for maximum detail and clarity of footage, which, among other things, makes it easier to blend in editing with footage captured with regular cameras.
H.265 compression ensures that 8K video files* are both high quality and lightweight enough to handle with the Insta360 app or Insta360 Studio.
Me Mode
Me Mode provides up to 4K30p 170° video (and 2.7K120p slow-motion) shot with a single lens, which is suitable for POV shots.
There is also the option of 2.7K30p video with automatic in-camera stitching and the ability to share directly.
72MP DNG photos
The Insta360 X4 camcorder also offers the capture of 72-megapixel still images, processed with AI PureShot directly in the camera for minimal noise and excellent colors.
An option is also available for photos with a lower resolution of 18 megapixels (5888x2944).
Gesture control
AI-assisted gesture control is especially useful when voice commands are not a good choice - for example, in noisy environments.
The algorithm of the Insta360 X4 action camera allows the start and stop of video recording and the capture of photos.
5.7K120p “Bullet Time” video
This mode allows the easy capture of cinematic effects with slow motion and rotation.
