With 32-Bit Float recording, you never have to adjust the levels. H4essential captures every nuance of sound, providing high-quality audio.
The Essential Series is also accessible to the blind. Navigate the menu with audio descriptions through the built-in speaker or headphones. You can choose between English, Spanish, French, Japanese, German, Italian or Chinese.
The 2 XLR/TRS combo inputs include preamps that support phantom power and a +4dBu professional line input. The built-in X/Y microphones can capture sound up to 130 dB SPL, equivalent to a rock concert.
When connected to a PC, Mac, iOS or Android device via the USB-C port, the H4essential can be used as a 4-in/2-out audio interface. You can use the built-in mixer to easily adjust the volume levels of each track .
The optional BTA-1 Bluetooth adapter allows remote recording, setting changes, and also pairing with timecode Bluetooth devices for audio and video synchronization.
