Description
The Tilta Mirage Motorized VND Kit is a modular 95mm lens mount system that is strong and light enough for everyday use, whether on camera alone or with handheld gimbals and drones. Consists of matbox, VND module for changing ND filters with motor and wireless controller, support for LWS rail system, 4 pcs. adapter rings and accessories.
The VND system allows you to precisely adjust the ND effect from 0.3 to 2.7 stops when needed, and the wireless micromotor allows this to happen from a distance of 100m. This range can be extended to over a mile using an optional wireless signal booster, which is great for aerial photography. The VND motor can be controlled with the included wireless controller or Tilta's Nucleus wireless Follow Focus systems.
The matbox weighs approximately as much as 4 pcs. standard 5.65" glass filters and is compatible with Tilta Circular 95mm filters with the included adapter. Its modular design allows you to configure it according to your needs. Vents on the body help with airflow, reducing wind resistance and improving stability when shooting subjects at high speed, such as in a car or drone.
The hood and top wing reduce unpleasant reflections and glare, and the included ring adapters allow the Mirage Matte Box to be mounted on lenses with 67, 72, 77 or 82mm threads.
