The nine-round aperture provides nice and soft bokeh, and color rendition is standardized to make post-production easier. The lens gives a cinematic look to the footage and offers its specific artistically reduced contrast and spectacular highlights.
The front diameter (95 mm) is standardized for easy and trouble-free accessory changes and supports Cooke /i technology for transmitting meta information from the lens to the camera.
