Description

The Saramonic VMICLINK5 microphone is a wireless system consisting of a transmitter with a camera mount, 1 receiver, 1 microphone and 2 lithium-ion rechargeable batteries. It is suitable for DSLR, video cameras or portable audio recorders to record interviews, film dialogues, field recordings, broadcast TV, etc.

The VmicLink5 has a frequency response of 5.8 GHz, which is much higher and much less congested than 2.4 GHz, UHF and VHF. No other commercially available wireless system operates in this range. The included lithium-ion batteries provide the transmitter and receiver with up to 6 hours of operation.

The VmicLink5 includes a lightweight RX receiver that mounts to your camera and processes the audio from the included transmitter. It features a headphone output that allows real-time audio monitoring. A locking 1/8” (3.5mm) mini-jack and XLR cables are included, so you can use it with DSLRs, mirrorless cameras, cinema cameras, camcorders, recorders and pro camcorders.

The VmicLink5 includes a transmitter and the SR-M1 omnidirectional brooch microphone. The TX transmitter also features a combination power/mute button that can be "locked" when in use to prevent it from being accidentally pressed.

The included bag allows easy and convenient transport of the VmicLink5 or provides even better protection when in a bag. Additionally, optional output cables (sold separately) are available, allowing you to connect the receiver to smartphones, tablets, computers, GoPro cameras, and more.
