Description
The Fujifilm X-H2 mirrorless camera is equipped with a high-resolution 40.2-megapixel APS-C X-Trans CMOS 5 HR sensor that also captures 8K 30p / 4K 60p video with RAW recording via HDMI.
The model inherits many of the technologies used in the Fujifilm GFX medium format series and offers images of exceptional quality, detail and color.
The hybrid autofocus system with Deep Learning AI and 425 points provides much faster and more intelligent focusing, detection and tracking of objects.
The new back-illuminated sensor is combined with a new fifth-generation processor (X-Processor 5) with 64-bit processing for 3 times faster performance than the Fujifilm X-T4. This allows video recording at up to 720 mb/s, burst shooting at up to 20 frames per second and a buffer of over 200 RAW frames with electric shutter and up to 15 frames per second and a buffer of 1000 RAW frames with mechanical shutter. Pixel Shift mode creates images with a resolution of 160 megapixels.
The Fujifilm X-H2 offers a dynamic range of 14 stops and a sensitivity of 125 - 12800 ISO (expandable to 80-51200).
The camera provides internal recording of 4:2:2 10-bit video in 8K 30p, DCI/UHD 4K 60p and Full HD 240p. The Fujifilm X-H2 supports multiple codecs, including H.265, ProRes 422 HQ, 422 and 422 LT. There is also the possibility of external recording via HDMI of 12-bit RAW video in ProRes RAW and Blackmagic RAW, with the ability to work with F-Log and F-Log 2. The maximum duration of video recording is 160 minutes, which can be extended to 240 minutes when using external cooling.
The Fuji X-H2's stabilization corrects movements on five axes for up to 7 stops of compensation.
The camera body is compact, equipped with a 3-inch full-rotation main touchscreen display, a 1.28-inch secondary display, and a 5.76 million-dot, 0.8x zoom electronic viewfinder. There are 2 slots for CFexpress type memory cards (B).
The Fuji X-H2 offers HDMI Type A, USB 3.2 Gen 2 Type-C, 3.5mm microphone input and headphone output, PC Sync and 2.5mm remote ports, as well as Bluetooth and Wi-Fi connectivity. The in-camera USB rechargeable battery provides up to 720 frames in economy mode and up to 580 frames in normal shooting mode.
Traditionally for Fujifilm cameras, the X-H2 offers a multi-film simulation mode such as Provia, Velvia, Astia, etc., as well as film effects.
