The Rode RODECaster Pro II is an integrated audio production studio designed to facilitate live shows, podcasts, gaming and more. and provide superior sound quality. This is an updated version of the popular model with numerous improvements in terms of sound, connectivity and functionality.
The device allows the connection of up to four presenters via the four pro-grade Neutrik XLR-1/4" combo inputs and is equipped with four high-end boutique Revolution preamplifiers with an extremely low noise level (-131.5 dBV) and a gain of up to 76 dB, it also offers easy connection to sources via phone, USB and Bluetooth.
The Rode RODECaster Pro II is equipped with classic APHEX hardware processors and provides clear, warm and deep sound. The VoxLab editor allows quick adjustment of multi-processor parameters with three intuitive controllers, as well as access to a more advanced editing mode.
Eight programmable smart buttons offer instant playback of sound effects, sending MIDI commands to software or hardware, and more. Additional buttons below the pads provide access to eight bases with 64 different commands. The color of the smart pads can be customized for maximum convenience.
The 9-channel mixer features 6 channels with physical broadcast faders and three virtual channels, expandable through future updates and hardware integration. Channels can easily be assigned to inputs and smart pads and easily identified thanks to color markers. They offer pan, mute and listen buttons.
Podcasts can be recorded directly to a microSD card or to a computer or external hard drive via USB. There is an option to record at maximum quality in WAV format or in MP3 format to save memory. The Rode RODECaster Pro II can also be used as a high-quality USB audio interface for direct ultra-fast streaming to a computer.
The four headphone outputs provide excellent sound for quality real-time monitoring and feature individual volume control as well as a color marker for maximum ease of use. They also allow the output of the sound through active speakers if necessary.
Especially to facilitate the creation of podcasts, there is the producar talkback function that does not affect the recording, a reliable Bluetooth connection for joining interlocutors on the phone, and more. and Bluetooth and USB channels prevent the echo that often occurs with such calls.
The Rode RODECaster Pro II provides the ability to store settings specific to different types of productions, allowing for lightning-fast switching from podcasting to gaming.
The device also offers two-way MIDI communication, Wi-Fi and Ethernet connection, MFi USB connection and more. The case is equipped with a 3/8" thread as well as a 100 x 100 VESA mount.
